- Advertising campaign setup and management
- SEO, social media, and content marketing services
2. General Refund Terms
- Non-Refundable Services: Most services provided by Advrigo involve time, expertise, and digital work that cannot be “returned,” so payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
- Prepaid Packages: If you purchase a service package and request cancellation before any work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative or processing fees).
3. Situations Eligible for a Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service Not Delivered: If Advrigo fails to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon services within the stated timeframe, and no alternative arrangement is made.
- Duplicate Payment: If a client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
4. Situations NOT Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in these cases:
- When the client changes their mind after services have started.
- When delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, access, or approvals.
- If the client is dissatisfied with subjective outcomes (e.g., expecting specific results like guaranteed sales or rankings), as marketing performance depends on multiple external factors.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Contact us via Contact@advrigo.com within 7 days of the issue.
- Provide proof of payment and details of the issue.
- Allow us the opportunity to review and resolve the issue before issuing any refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.
6. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel future services with written notice.
- Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed in full and non-refundable.
