  • Access to certain services (e.g., ad account setup, website optimization) may require client collaboration and access to client platforms.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines will be agreed upon during the project proposal or contract phase.
  • Timelines may vary depending on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and service complexity.
  • We strive to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., third-party platform issues, client delays in providing necessary materials).

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required information, access, and approvals promptly.
  • Respond to feedback requests or revisions in a timely manner.

Delays in client responses may extend the delivery timeline.


4. No Physical Shipping

As we are a marketing services provider, we do not ship any physical products.

  • Any “delivery” reference in invoices or contracts refers exclusively to digital service deliverables.

5. Service Completion

A service is considered “delivered” when:

  • The agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., strategy reports, ad creatives, campaign setup) have been sent to the client.
  • The client has access to the completed work (e.g., ads launched, website changes implemented).

6. International Service Delivery

Our services are available globally. Time zone differences may affect communication schedules but do not impact the quality or commitment to timely delivery.
